Field Trip to Making a Seat at the Table

This Friday, the historic exhibition Making a Seat at the Table: Women Transform Woodworking opens at the Center for Art Wood. The opening celebration is this Friday, Oct 4, from 5-9pm

As you know, we built a trestle table for the exhibition, and we are prominently featured at the front of the show, and in full view from the street, through the museum's windows! So exciting!

We will be carpooling up to Philadelphia for exhibition opening. Let's bring a crew to represent WOO, and meet a million amazing women woodworkers at the same time.

Friday October 4:

5:00 PM: Meet at WOO

5:15 PM: Leave for Philly

7:30 PM: Arrive at exhibition, meet all the women furniture makers, have the best time

9:15 PM: Head back to WOO

11:15 PM: Arrive in Baltimore
